Never skip your warm-up exercises
Proper nutrition and hydration are essential for peak performance
Don’t compare your running style to that of other runners. We all have different gaits, different pace, and unique running goals.
Before a race, include 2-3 days of run-specific training
Depending upon your conditioning, an alternating run/walk approach is OK!
Remember to have fun on your run and enjoy every mile, even if it’s only one.
